Evenline is a Shopify app that helps merchants evaluate price and discount changes. This policy explains what data Evenline processes when a merchant installs and uses it.
What we collect
- Store and access data: your shop domain, shop name, currency and plan name, and the access token Shopify issues to Evenline.
- Products you choose: title, variant, image, price, compare-at price and cost per item for the products you add.
- Order history (optional): only if you click “Allow & read recent orders”. Evenline reads line-item quantities, prices, discounts and refund quantities for the selected variant over the last 60 days, and stores only the totals (for example a refund rate). It does not read or store customer names, emails, addresses or other customer data.
- What you enter: cost inputs, scenarios, experiment plans, imported result totals, review notes and decisions.
- Imported results: summary files are stored as per-group totals. Per-visitor files are totalled in your browser; individual rows are not uploaded.
How we use it
Only to provide Evenline’s features: calculations, plans, reviews, the decision log, billing and support. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or send it to AI services.

Hosting and database providers that run Evenline, and Shopify (authentication, product and order access, billing).
Retention and deletion
- You can delete all Evenline data at any time from Settings → Data & privacy.
- When you uninstall, processing stops immediately. When Shopify sends the shop deletion request (48 hours after uninstall), all of your store’s Evenline data is permanently deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Evenline stores no customer personal data, so customer data requests have nothing to return.
