What is the break-even lift?

The relative increase in conversion a new price needs so that profit per visitor (after product cost, shipping, fees, refunds and acquisition spend) equals today’s. If your assumed lift is below it, the change loses money even if it sells more.

Where do the costs come from?

Price and cost per item are read from Shopify. Refund rate can be estimated from your last 60 days of orders (Pro, with your permission). Everything else you enter or confirm — defaults are flagged until you do.

Does Evenline change my prices or run the test?

No. It plans the experiment and reviews the results. You run the test in your experiment tool.

What data do I import for a review?

Either per-group totals (arm,n,sum, sumSq) or one row per randomized visitor (arm, value) with that visitor’s contribution — 0 if they didn’t buy. Use visitors, not orders or sessions.

Why does it say “Descriptive only”?

Until each group has at least 1,000 visitors, the allocation matches the plan and you confirm the five quality conditions, Evenline shows the numbers without a conclusion.

What happens when I uninstall?

Processing stops immediately and all Evenline data is deleted when Shopify sends the deletion request 48 hours later.
